9NBN question

Hello,

I have a few questions about a tractor that I have. The serial number is a little bit weird. *9NBNII4945*.

I understand that the BN signifies that it was a military unit. But I can find any information anywhere where there was an II in a serial number. I thought maybe they were 1's, but upon looking they are most definitely I's.

I'm trying to determine the year of the tractor and what those mean. Any help is appreciated.
