Leaky Seals? Parts help/identification

Hello, can someone please help me confirm/identify the parts needed to fix these leaks? It's on a '51 8N. I have the parts catalog, and found the parts, but I wanted to double check to make sure I was getting everything I need. Am I able to replace just the seals, or does the whole part need to be replaced?
