You can download a free copy of the FO-4 service manual by clicking here. It will give you the info to repair anything on your 8N.

In our Support the NTC page here, for a small donation, you can get a factory parts manual and the 8N Dealer Mechanic Training Manual that has more detail than the FO-4.

You can also ask all the questions you have right here. There is a lot of knowledge and experience in the folks who visit here.
