Jubilee Running Rough

After rebuilding carb, adding new rotor, dist cap and plug wires, spark plugs #437, the #1 cylinder not producing. I have spark to the plug, but no power from it. Pulled plug wire from #1 spark plug and runs as rough as when it's plugged up. Tractor sits a lot and is used to spray round up.

Have not had time to do compression test. But noticed after pulling the new plug, it's wet.

Any ideas appreciated.
