Patricio, I would think that, if you removed the manifold, head, and other parts and took the stripped block into an experienced shop, they should have the sleeves out fairly quickly. Depending on their hourly labor rate, that might be less expensive than buying the tool from Just 8N's.

Alternatively, you could buy the tool and sell it after using it. You should be able to get enough money back to make the one-time usage a very good deal. The buyer will get the used-once tool at a nice discount.
