Your original Ford Operator and Service Manuals have this information and there is a chart list in the How-To's forum here - click on the LINK. The chart only lists tire size, amount of calcium chloride, and added weight per wheel/tire. Actual weight of rim plus tire will vary depending on tire style and rim style; 32" or 28", hat rims vs aftermarket 6-loop style for example. You have to be a pretty strong big man to maneuver loaded tires/wheel around if that is what you're getting at. I can change rear tires loaded with Rim Guard around if careful but if they fall on ground you will not be able to lift them back up by yourself. Get help or face getting a hernia operation. I advise to let your local AG Tire Center handle teh job. I also advise not to use Calcium Chloride. Invest in beet juice, trade name RIM GUARD. It is non-corrosive and weighs approx 12 pounds per gallon.
