my new 9N!

Morning gents and ladies! I have just brought home a 9N that I am going to need some help with. First off, the block is freeze broken, and Ido not believe it repairable. what's out there, and how do I ensure get the correct bock to replace this one? know it is a steel sleeved block, and some one has tried to turn it over to 12v. I think I am going to stay on 12v, but need some rather integral parts. anyone got any advice?
