Ford 1900 don't start

Hello there,
I have an old Ford 1900 with engine number LEM853-15047. I get diesel fuel through the injectors, the glow spark turn bright red when tested, I got compression, the clutch pedal is pushed all the way in to push that little nub to make contact, the Gannon handle is in the upright position as well, but the engine just don't want to start. It cranks and that is about it. I need to know how to start it and if there are any other safety steps that need to be followed. Thank you so much!
