My tractor always starts on the first or second turn. Yesterday when I took it out of my heated garage so I could get a friend's truck in. I let it run for 20 minutes outside. Outside temps were at -2F. About three hours later I went to start it and, while it would turn over just fine, it would not even kick! So, I covered it in my driveway and left it there. Yes, there is fuel....yes, I had the fuel turned on....yes, the key was on. I tried it with the normal choke setting and ot was a no go. I then pulled the choke out further but still zero. Ideas??
