The FORD 860 Tractor used the Marvel-Schebler TSX-593 carburetor, and would be listed in the MPC as FORD p/n EAF-9510-D. Late 800 Models switched to the M/S TSX-706 model, with FORD p/n EAF-9510-G. I'm not sure what the float gauge is on the Hundred Series Models. I know the N-Series TSX 33 & TSX 241 carbs are set: GO = .26" and NO-GO = .297". The mean would be .2785" so I have always used a 9/32" (.2813") drill as my float set gage. Many carb articles say to set float at 1/4" but I've found that to be too low. Float level is measured from the nearest surface to the body gasket. To adjust, carefully bend the brass float at the hinged arms point.
