8n front and rear lift

I bought an 8n to restore and it came with a contraption that I later discovered was a lift for the front and rear wheels. The rear section attaches to the hydraulic arms and when lowered, it lifts the back wheels off of the ground for servicing. I can find only a few photos of this device on line, so I am curious as to how rare it might be, and is it collectable.

Any thoughts?
