Have you found the Sherman Backhoe info in the Manuals forum?
The only spec I have found is for the pressure relief valve setting. ...One manual specifies 1100-1200 psi, the other states 1500 psi.
I have an earlier version than yours. ...The boom is round pipe instead of rectangular (as yours appears to be). ...My stabilizer is one piece and can not be adjusted separately (side-to-side)to level the tractor.
My original pump is by Hydreco and mounted to the PTO. ...However, a Sherman Step-Up or Combo trans is needed to get the backhoe to perform at a reasonable speed. ...Trying to dig without the increased PTO rpm is slower than digging by hand (not really, but close!). ...I do not find, or know, the gpm of the pump. ...If you need to buy a pump, I suggest a pump designed to operate at 540 PTO rpm.
Do you have another piece to mount to the 8N tractor? ....Mine uses U-bolts around the trumpets, and a plate which mounts under the fender bosses (on the trumpets) and also to the underside of the differential housing.
