PTO on the PHD

Mine's been sitting in the weather quite awhile, & guess what? The shaft is frozen tight(won't extend). I'm pretty good about keeping the u-joints & plungers lubed & free, but I forgot about that crazy triangular shaft. Any ideas how to break it free? I've tried heat & rust enzyme plus a wrench & hammer.
