What the heck is a 'smooth block'??? If that s/n is correct, it'd be a very early 1940 model and would have the 9N-10000-B generator, 7A, 1-Wire/3-Brush/A Circuit and used the roundcan cutout. Cutouts are sold today but good luck trying to find a B-GEN - or an A for that matter. It'd also have the 4-Spoke Steering Wheel, and Aluminum Horizontal Bar Grille - both items sold today as repops and are very good. See Dennis Carpenter Reproductions to get them.
