Jack is right, you needed to post on the N-BOARD, not TOOLs. But, the best investment you can make with your 'new' 8N is to get the essential manuals. Next, you will get a much better info here in our HOW-TO's than any U-TOOB video. Anyone can post on utube and thus you will get many opinions. Did you perform the leak down test? No? Connect a load to the 3-pt. and start tractor, engage PTO, raise lift all the way to full quadrant, shut down, leave in raised position. Remove the L and R inspection covers. Look up into the top cover bottom where the cylinder and piston are and watch with a Mini-Mag if there is oil leaking down. Watch the implement and time how fast it drops. No oil dripping? Then lift should stay up for weeks, even months. Try this document from the How-To's and add to check the cam follower pin as part of the repair.
