You'll have to make your own. FORD never made one like that -they all only work if no bumper is attached -bumpers were optional accessories, tractors were using hand cranks long before bumpers. The 2N-17040 Hand Crank and the NAA-17040 hand cranks are not interchangeable -you can't use the NAA on a 9N, 2N, or 8N...

We have a drawing somewhere to DIY but it shows the stock diameter as 5/8" and that i s wrong. The original hand crank diameter is 11/16". Look at drawing and add a few six inches longer or so. Why do you need a hand crank for? they are nice to have when rebuilding an engine to help turn crank, but otherwise, the electric starting motor made hand cranking obsolete.
