Add on Classic Rock radio from Bellingham WA, says there is a plan to take care of the taxes you may owe. Even if you have not filed for years, too broke to pay, and a lot of other wheezes.
I owe some tax money up here. Sent Revenue Canada a letter about it, as it is in dispute. Have not heard back. That was a few months ago. So I phoned, was told the wait time was 90 minutes.
