Voting for POTUS has changed / Offense warning

I remember voting for a candidate used to be for the best one for the job.
That transformed to voting for the lesser of two evils.
Now I suspect it has gotten to be a case of who is going to do the least damage.
Currently it's a toss up between 14% inflation with $6.00 a dozen eggs or,
No wars and lots of tweets.

Yeah. 14% inflation sounds better.
Just ask the railroad and auto workers.
