So let's see how this flies. Biden is "elected". Harris is VP. Now, Harris and 6 cabinet members declare Biden unfit. Harris becomes President and needs a VP whom she can name. AH! Looky look. There is Pelosi, a loyal Democrat. WOW! Pelosi becomes VP leaving a vacant Speaker position. Now. let me guess. Oh, Oh! Dingle has been a loyal supporter of Pelosi.
Care to refute that?
