All can call it as they see fit, but at my age (76 now), and as a retired firefighter and long time fire chief (we're the fella's y'all might recall that run into burning buildings when other's are running out of them), I'm tak'n the vaccine, 1. 'cause I've got heart problems, lung issues, and Type II diabetes; and 2. 'cause I've had both the pneumonia and shingles vaccines in the past and flu shots the past three years and have experienced absolutely zero problems with any so far, and 3., 'cause I've worked close to medical professionals for a long time and trust those folks, and I'm not afraid to take the preventive med.
