I came home from Vietnam in 1969 and worked for the California Republican State Central Committee during 1969-70; Reagan was governor. Good days in Calif. Went back to school and Law School. Stated as a prosecutor, then 2 -years working for Senator Ed Davis (former LA Police Chief) in the Senate (during Moonbeam's first stint as governor); then started practicing insurance defense, ending up with my own firm. It has been 40 years. Getting ready to retire. Always been a motor head; especially Fords. They knew me as Henry Ford in high school. In addition to my 9N, I have a 50 F1 with a roller 302 and all the trimmings. Most plaintiff's lawyers I run into are ok, until they start believing their own propaganda. I do note, they are much quicker to step over the line than the defense folks I have run into; money being more important to them than honor.
