Sadly Tim, those are only words written on an old piece of paper, and words that nowadays are seldom even considered with regards to enforcement - and even if those words are considered, there is now always an excuse that certain privileged persons don't have to follow said words; i.e., elected Muslim congress persons being sworn into office by placing their hand on a book of paper that you and I would keep in an outhouse in the "magazine rack" along with old Sears & Monkey Wards catalogs; Congressmen owing millions to the iRS not even receiving a slap on the wrist and free to go about their daily routines; new Congress persons being allowed to openly threaten across the aisle Congress persons; past top officials getting away with murder and treason, etc., etc.!
