Yup. Undersdood. I have 2 friends who own companies. One has 23 employees and one has 3 employees. They both pay health insurance for their employees. They were doing this before the government interfered by telling employers that if you have "full time" employees (over 30 hours I beleive) you have to provide insurance.
Part of the problem, as I see it, with the lack of employer provided medical insurance is that too many young people walk into a job demanding salaries/wages above market competition.
My children worked to pay for college and graduated debt free. They paid their tuition, fees, books and a payment on a used car. They commuted from home and we paid the car insurance and maintenance. From there they started at the bottom and worked their way up. Sometimes it meant marketing themselves to other prospective employers.
