In reality, you can manage them by being allowed to clear dead growth and making fire control lanes. That's what has been prevented by libtard policies and lawsuits. It will take DECADES for some of that regeneration to take place in the MILLION+ acres that burned in Montana alone. It's NOT good for that much land to be burned to soil level because rains and melting snow will wash topsoil away and into streams and ponds and lakes.
