My brother lives in Grapevine (north Dallas).

His power was out for 35 hours but has been back on for several hours now.

Natural gas supply did not fail but furnace will not run without electricity. He is now back home from the local civic shelter and repairing freeze damage.

No one knows if his area will once again be rotated out.
