Tim: I am a perfectly legal owner. I bought 13 and then upgraded to 14 back in the early 1990's. I no longer design for a living, but occasionally use it. Also, it is my understanding that AutoDesk no longer supports 14, but I will check. To further complicate the problem, WINXP is the latest version that will run AutoCad14, so this is the reason I need to use the old HP Compaq desktop computer. I usually plot to my HP450C, which is a 24" wide printer, but it will also accept 8.5 x 11 media. I connect it directly with a 25 pin printer cable. I wanted to print this application with a much newer HP Officejet 8702. This printer only has USB and wireless inputs and the old WINXP computer only has a 25 pin output printer connection and is not wireless (or at least I don't think it supports wireless). More info than you wanted to know. At 86, everyone else is bull headed except me. I just still have some perseverance. LOL I am also a legal owner of a 1949 Ford 8N, so that entitles me to come here and talk to the experts. Thanks to all.
