Sounds like you have all the right ingredients going into that sauce. My wife goes the easier route and uses the premixed Classico pasta sauce (Traditional Flavor)...I'm not complaining. I had a good season, got 2 does for us and had them processed...mostly in burger (some with fat added and some not)I use the lean for making jerky or add some olive oil to it and use it as you wish. I got a nice buck and had it processed in 1 lb. burger packages and took it to the shelter to feed the hungry. They really appreciate getting that stuff. I also am looking forward to this season....altho I'll miss Farmer Dan comments.
