If you had Doug Fir, your largest diameter would be 32 inches for the local mills.
After that it either becomes a log cabin log or an export. Log cabin logs being in excess of 100'. Your smaller tooth picks will gain in value while the large one might start to rot from the inside out. That you won't know until you whack it.
