That's the way to do it! When I first got my 8N in 1992, I couldn't wait for snow. My 8N and back blade were my snowmobile! I did the whole neighborhood -6 of us all with drives over 300' and barns so the area surrounding them was massive as well. It was an 8 - 12 hour job depending on the amount of snowfall. Plus I'd scoop mounds to form a square so my kids could finish building a snow fort and Id also scoop a large rectangle for an ice skating/hockey pond as well. As I got older, and the arthritis began to develop, and the novelty wire off, the love of snow and cold diminished pretty much. Nowadays, a nice warm 4 x 4 truck with snowblade is the ticket. You keep toasty, can have your Thermos and hot coffee right there, and the old school C&W radio station playing.
