Bought a chain cumalong. Did not trust the cable unit. Removed much stuff from shed. Have a C section of steel bolted to the two large log skids. Connected chains and cumalong to a large tree and cranked. The shed moved. Jacked up long skid logs and put rollers under. Shed moved with less effort. Put a large roller log under skids, and it moved easier again. I need to turn the shed just under 180 degrees. When the large roller log gets more centered I will do the big turn.
The shed needs to go down a slide grade to get on more level ground. When it gets there and the turn is complete, I think Herb 9N can push it in to the new place.
