VW Diesel Dilemma

Folks, this has turned out to be an enormous dilemma.

A first cousin of mine owns one of the vehicles that does not comply and he has no intention of allowing VW to buy it back or upgrade it. He prefers the MPG.

Wonder what's happening to the DEF in the tanks of those vehicles sitting in the desert....
