Glad to read your still among us. I mis-placed your direct email so mine is open above. I remember the hair loss. First it got dry and coarse and then I started pulling it out in clumps. One day the wife came to visit me while I was laid up in the hospital due to a weakened immune system and I was pulling out my hair into a pile. She walked in and I said, "LOOK honey!, I got you a CHINCHILLA!!"
She looked at it and was expecting it to move. She asked what it was, I told her and she said I "was sick". I said, "Yeah. Why do you think I'm here?"
The bald part was fun. I got use to stocking caps real fast. Then the sweats start up and the cap comes off, then comes the freeze. . . .Finally you fold the stocking cap into a rectangle and wear it like a Mo-Hawk haircut.
I should have not put the weight back on after the chemo and thought i could loose it again quick enough. Foolish me. Foolish FAT me. I was still fat after the weight loss and should have worked to keep it off. Oops. Something to work on in another 131 days when i retire from the job. My wife say's I should have retired after the surgery. My target date just did not align with her's and she has re-calibrated her's to match. Life is good.
Catch you later!!
