Ed, I have tried this previously and again just now. There is no "print quality" in any of the drop down boxes in properties for this printer. We have an engineer friend that is very sharp on computers and she could not figure it out either. I thought I would tap the knowledge of computer proficient people on this board to see if they have any ideas. The printer is very reliable and I have a ton of toner for it. Thanks for trying to help. I have other printers that I may have to swap out for this one.
