Yep, not what I meant. If we do this, our Wild Game category would have instructions on how to properly field dress a deer, and how to properly butcher and process it, and how to properly cook it. That goes for any wild game -bear, boar, or whatever. Many guys take their deer to the local butcher who does processing on a mass scale. They weigh it and determine how much meat you will get back, with hardly any guarantee you will get YOUR deer back. They'll cut up deer all day, make sausage, hot sticks, kielbasa, and package the rest stamped what it is. Some don't bother to trim the excess fat and white tissue which is where the gamey taste lies. We butcher our own deer right in deer camp and package it up there, never have taken to a commercial butcher shop. The other bad habit many do is overcooking the meat. So I propose we also have good instructions on preparing wild game the moment it is down til it hits your plate.
