Just a lot of off and on rain here Walt, some heavy downpours and some light, but so far, not any torrential rain. Some wind also came through during the night that took some small tree limbs down, as well as a tornado about 12 miles to the west of us causing some damages to homes and businesses. No injuries reported however, so that's good. My niece up in Lakeway TX at Lake Travis just west of Austin says it's raining pretty heavy there and the winds are picking up, something those folks rarely experience in the TX Hill Country.

Now it's a wait and see situation hoping that forecasters are incorrect regarding Harvey reforming and circling back toward our direction, crossing I-10 just west of Big H. If that happens, we're all praying the storm doesn't regain its 130 mph strength; (supposedly if it remains inland as a tropical storm, that won't happen - we'll just wait and see). The weather service is also saying that a high pressure system sitting over NW TX may move to the east and force the storm back toward the west.
