Dealer is in Brewster, NY. Problem is the lemon law will apply only if they try 4 times to correct the issue. Honda is refusing to do anything. Car was at a dealer on Long Island (where my nephew is playing summer ball) for the problem. They vacuumed the water out, gave my nephew a bill. At this point in time, Honda will not even talk to the brother in law. On top of all this, a body panel under the car fell off, they were forced to pay to have it reattached. Honda would not release the car until the bill was paid.
My nephew is leaving the car with us while he returns home in Calif for August before returning to the University of Hartford in Sept. I may try taking it to a dealer some 30 miles from me to see if they'll do anything.
It all sucks.
