Similar story happened to a friend. He got no where on warranty work. He waited until the showroom was full of prospective customers, walked in and in a very loud voice asked, "Is everyone here crooks, poor customer service and I'm frustrated with this dealer, everyone wanting to purchase a car here should think twice". Customers looked around, next thing the service manager walked out and tried to usher friend away. He refused to move, dealership manager came out. Guess what? Problem solved and warranty work done on the spot. Maybe it pays off being a loud mouth.
Unfortunately brother in law is on the west coast, car purchased/located in NY.
His frustration continues.
