My nephew attends University of Hartford under a baseball scholarship. Playing Baseball in the Hampton's, NY (summer league) this summer. Needed a car to move around so my Brother in law purchased a 2017 Civic hatchback for his use. This is where the problem starts, when it rains it leaks badly around the windshield. Numerous calls to Honda have resulted in total frustration and anger. At this point Honda refuses to even talk repairing the problem. They want my brother in law to have insurance company replace the windshield. Sounds like insurance fraud to be. When he called corporate office, they refused to connect him to a supervisor, operator told him "that'll never happen", was very rude and finally hung up.
Has anyone else had this experience with Honda????
