I use glue boards placed in different places close to the sides of my garage man-doors. They really help me keep the spiders down in my shop. I replace the glue boards periodically. They get so full of bugs and spiders that after a while the spiders can walk on top of those caught in the trap. They gross me out when I have to pick up a full trap to dispose of it. Even though I have a number of these traps going most always, I still see spiders racing across the floor. One large spider type usually races right at me. I generally put my size 13 on top of them. I get 4 or 5 of those a week. I tried Home Defense, but it made me sick with a bad headache for days after I sprayed it. I tried it a couple times and the same thing happened both times even with using a mask and opening all doors and windows. Can't handle the pesticides I guess.
So what do you folks do to control the bugs and spiders in your shop? I need to explore a better control. The glue boards get expensive if you have to replace them regularly.
