Raise the rear of the mower to get the tire off the ground.

If the tire is loose on the rim, you may be able to rotate the tire on the rim to see the valve stem of the tube. ....You may be able to grab the valve stem with needle-nose pliers, and pull it out.

If the tire is not loose on the rim, you will have to break the beads loose before you can rotate the tire on the rim.
