I have had both front and rear tractor tires fused to the rims so tight that the only way I could get them off was to use a circular saw with a carbide blade and cut a window in the side wall. After that I use a Dremel with a 426 cut off disc and gradually cut the wires in the bead. Once the beads are cut the tires almost want to fall off regardless of how stuck they were. Takes about 20 minutes a tire.
