Randy....according to the prints I have,Ford made headlights[non-sealedbeam],obsoleted,and went to sealedbeam.These lights looked like the Tract-O-lite lights.The last change date I can find on the prints was 2-13-47.I suspect the Ford lights were used on the 2N and early 8N's [48-49].My questions are:
How long did Ford make these lights?
What year models were they used on?
How were they stamped?
Did Ford produce them or have them produced?
Was Tract-O-Lite a company name or a trademark?
Was Duolamp a company name or trademark?
When was the Tract-O-Lite headlights installed on the 8n's?
When was the Duolamp taillight installed on the 8n's?
Who made the 8n implement light,how was it stamped?
