Here's a scan from the 1941 "New Ferguson Implements for the Ford Tractor with Ferguson System" catalog. It appears that this was the predecessor for the Dearborn Swinging Drawbar which wasn't introduced until 1947. Note that there is no clevis bracket underneath the tranny housing-it connects to a parrallel to the 11-hole drawbar bracket across the lift arms. I've never seen this swinging drawbar in any other 9N catalog. It is used with the Ferguson Tandem Pull-Type Disc harrow and may have been included in the purchase of such.
