It looks like the upper link yoke arms are definitely the correct short length to allow for the Hub City spacer between the belt pulley and the tractor. The saw appears to be sitting fairly level.

I have never seen the bars that I have drawn a green arrow to. They look pretty good - almost factory - if they were added by a previous owner. Definitely a good idea. Most saws are sprung from bouncing up and down from their own weight while being transported. It looks like those bars would keep that from happening.
