What size is your PTO spline on your tractor? I believe the belt pulley was made for the 1-1/8 diameter spline PTO. There was a discussion a while back about using a 1-3/8 dia. tractor PTO with an adaptor to 1-1/8" -might be what you show in your picture, but I only see the short adaptor and nothing coming out of the red cast part. I don't know, try doing an archive search for more info. The saw has a 'wishbone' bracket that links it to the belt pulley on the little bracket on the pulley itself, shown in your picture on the extreme left.
