Well, your hunch is correct - it is a Ferguson light setup. The large worklight is a CM HALL, later model, not the early sttyle that was used in 9N lighting kits. If you look real close and there isn't a whole lot of coats of paint on it, you should see a logo "HALL LAMP" in an oval somewhere around the lower back between the rivets. The fender bracket was the style used on Fergusons. The additional power socket tells me it was TO30 and later.
