I'll bet you're wrong. Those wheels and hubs look exactly like the Ford car wheels and hubs I have on the shelf. They came off a 2N, but the car hubs have a slightly smaller bolt circle. That's why you have to use car rims with them. Other than the bolt circle, they look exactly like 9N/2N hubs. The difference in bolt circle diameter is I think 3/4"...not enough to notice without measuring.
