Tim, I forgot about the rivets. I have several original bumpers that need work so I will be looking for a box of them. I had a whole box several years ago and they got lost in a local welder's shop when I left them with him.
I'm not working on one right now and I would probably lose them. Thanks for the offer, I'll keep that in mind.
