If I were to load tires, I'd go the windshield washer route...
Readily available...cheap enough on sale...you can even spend just a few bucks at a time if you really have to (Might be kinda sloshy for a while if you put it in every time you get some, but you can also stockpile it until you have enough to do the job!).
