Hardacrefarm, That is a connector (loop) from a power line pole support wire/cable.
It may be called a "guide wire" holder that the electric power companies put into the ground to keep the power pole straight up, etc. You might go to your local city or county power company, or find some power line men working, and ask if they have one to give you.
Comes to mind, I might have couple here in a wooden box. If so, I'll send you email so you can send me your address. These connectors are big and heavy.
